Do you ever make cards from just finished pieces sitting on your desk? I actually tend to do that A LOT!!!! I’m always surprised (and really…if you saw my desk you would know I shouldn’t be) when I can do a challenge card with just finished objects sitting on my desk! LOL!!!
Well…this is one of ‘those’ kind of cards and I was able to make this CUTE card for the CASology challenge this week with the theme ‘ROYAL”. Yep…I think this is ROYAL!
WOOO HOOO!!! My card was picked as the winner this week. How very cool is THAT!
The base of the card is Whisper White. I took another piece of Whisper White and added to the card base using dimensionals. Next I took half of a 2 1/2 Daffodil Delight Chevron circle and added to the card. Next up I had a the Basic Black banner with the word Celebrate! embossed in Whisper White so I added that. And yep…I had the crown embossed in silver and already cut out and ready to go so I added that using dimensionals then I added some Jumbo Rhinestones and some Basic Rhinestones to finish off the card.
How FUN is that! Took really no time at all and used stuff sitting “on the top of my desk”!
